What can I expect from this experience?
Step through the doors of the Atelier des Lumières to discover A Film For The Future — a monumental projection that reimagines listening to Coldplay's new album. This journey immerses you in a spectacular multimedia mosaic, born from the collaboration of 150 artists from 45 countries.
Where is the Atelier des Lumières located?
The exhibition is located at the Atelier des Lumières, 38 rue Saint Maur, Paris 75011.
How long does the experience last?
The visit lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Is there nearby parking?
We encourage you to travel to the Atelier des Lumières by public transport. If that is not possible, you can park around Square Gardette or the Père-Lachaise cemetery.
Ticket Purchases
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets through the Fever app or on the Fever website. On-site ticketing is also available. However, we recommend booking in advance to secure your time slot. Note that you get a discounted rate when buying online: €1 less than the on-site price.
What payment methods can I use to buy tickets online?
You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay.
The date I want is sold out — can I buy tickets on-site?
Tickets are primarily sold online. On-site purchases are available subject to availability.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received one, please contact us at salut@feverup.com. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you can show your ticket on your smartphone.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can find it in your confirmation email. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us at: salut@feverup.com. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, you can exchange the date/time slot of your ticket through your Fever account. Exchanges are only possible once, up to 24 hours before your visit.
Can I pay for tickets with holiday/culture vouchers?
Yes, you can pay on-site with paper-format holiday vouchers (chèques vacances). Culture Vouchers (Chèques Culture) are not accepted.
I have tickets purchased through my works council (CE) or have invitations — do I need to reserve a slot?
There is no need to book a time slot online in advance. You can show up on the date of your choice with your tickets or invitations.

Do you offer press passes?
Press card holders enjoy free entry upon presentation of their current-year press card. Press contact: Caroline Vaisson / caroline.vaisson@finnpartners.com I hold an ICOM Card — can I access the Atelier des Lumières?
No, we do not accept the ICOM card.
My child is under 3 — do I need to reserve a place for them?
No, the free entry they receive is handled on-site.
Event Accessibility
I can't make my reserved time slot — can I come to the one before or after?
You may enter up to 15 minutes before or after your reserved time slot. If you arrive for a different slot than the one on your ticket, entry will be refused.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age to attend the experience. Children under 3 enter free of charge.
Are animals allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The Atelier des Lumières is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. A lift provides access to the mezzanine. Holders of a disability card and their accompanying person benefit from a reduced rate upon presentation of supporting documentation.
Can I bring a suitcase to the Atelier des Lumières?
For security reasons, suitcases, travel bags, and bags exceeding 40×30×20 cm are strictly prohibited. The venue has no lockers, cloakroom, or left-luggage facilities. Please make arrangements accordingly. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Can I bring a stroller/pram?
Strollers are not permitted for safety reasons. We recommend using a baby carrier instead.
Are accessible restrooms available?
Yes.
Can I take photos and videos of the exhibition?
Yes.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes, there is a shop where you can purchase souvenirs.
